    Thermostable Alpha Amylase is a tailored enzymatic formulation boasting peak catalytic activity within a 90–110°C optimal temperature window. Derived from thermophilic microbial strains such as Bacillus subtilis, this high-performance enzyme drives the efficient hydrolysis of glycosidic bonds in starch macromolecules under extreme high-temperature conditions, generating dextrins, oligosaccharides and a spectrum of corresponding starch hydrolysates.
